This image looking back into the nave reveals much of the three stages of Arcabas' Works Art inside the church over fifty two years.
The nave evokes the earthly life: birth, work, family life, the games, but also violence, cowardice, illness, and death are discussed. These scenes are accompanied by angels carrying the Tablets of the Law, on the dominant large jute canvases that surround the perimeter of the central aisle.
The architectural ensemble of the church appears as a large boat overturned, the walls are covered in white and transverse arches painted ocher, to delineate space.
