....peter:): this is a lovely scene Chris... but keep in mind the 400 steps down to the bridge... you will also have to climb up them to get back to town....petersmile
It's the going up that would be my challenge, Peter!

That is quite the view, Peter. Amazing how they were able to built that on that rock.

My grandparents lived their early married life in Holyhead - I never found out why, and it intrigues me

Your description sounds quite scary to me. 400 steps! My knees and hips wouldn't make it down, let alone back up again!!

I have not seen this view before Peter, very good.
....peter:): we were out at sea on our way to Dublin Chad... when we passes it and i got a good shot parallel to the island....petersmile
How strange I read an article about this very place yesterday, all being well, we might have the chance to visit here in September, subject to Covid-19 of course.

It looks a great place to visit. It always tickle me when someone has counted the steps and put it in a brochure smile
....peter:): i would of liked to visit Louis... but i won't do 400 steps down because i know that would i have to climb them back upgrin
